He answered his phone when I first booked him and came straight on his way from another job to assess ours on the same day. Mike sorted a date out and he communicated before that to confirm his time of arrival. Mike and John worked non-stop and the finished bathroom looks really nice. They are both very professional, polite, and pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them as we were very pleased with the whole outcome from start to finish. "

He explained the steps he needed to take on our pipes, offered helpful advice and answered all the questions I had in a thoughtful manner and he left the room clear and tidy afterwards.
